Beach Update 07/15/2010
 
We are all having a great time at the beach this year. The conference has been absolutely awesome this year. Kristian Stanfill is a great worship leader and Matt Carter did a great job speaking. We'll be heading back tonight to see our next speaker, Darren Patrick. Everyone is doing great, and there is plenty of sun burn to go around. I think I got a little on my back. Other than that, we are all having a spectacular time. Check out some pictures below.

Beach Update # 1 07/13/2010
 
Hey guys,
We're all here safe and sound in Orange Beach, Alabama. We made extremely good time getting down here, and we checked into our condos and the conference right on time. We had a great time at worship this first night. Kristian Stanfill was pretty awesome, and everyone seems to think Matt Carter is a pretty great speaker. We wish all of you were here with us, and we all can't wait to tell you all of our great stories.

What's Up Everyone!!!

Hope the week is off to a good start for everyone. Just wanted to drop a note reminding everyone up the calendar for May.

We will NOT meet May 9 or 23.
We WILL meet May 16 and 30.
 
We will meet on Wednesdays and Tuesday morning at Burger King.
 
That means no youth this Sunday. All Mother's- Have a Great Mother's Day!!!

BEACH TRIP MONEY DUE- MAY 30th. Final payment is $325 for everyone who paid $50 for their deposit.

April 25th is a special day at St. Paul. We have new friends joining our youth group. Come to youth and show the new confirmands how much we love them. It is going to be a great night of worship and fun.

There is no youth on Sunday April 4th for Easter. We are starting our new series, Remedy, on April 11th. Hope to see you there.

Final Payment for the Beach Trip is May 30th.

April 25th is Confirmation Sunday. 26 Sixth graders will be joining our youth group. Contact Stephen to let him know if you would like to be a big brother/sister for our new friends.

Camp Alamisco Counselor and Camper Applications are available in the church office. Camp dates are July 18-23.

Vacation Bible School volunteer applications are also available in the church office. VBS dates are June 21-25.

Here is the information for the Super Bowl Party this Sunday, February 7.
Your ticket in is a drink or snack for the party. The party starts at 6 and is over at halftime.
High Schoolers- Meet at the Sturkies house across from the church.
Middle Schoolers- Meet at the Brays house on Lynda Lane.

On Monday January 18th we are meeting at the church at 9:45 to go help lay sod with the Wynnton Housing Network. Bring some money for lunch afterwards. We should be back at the church at about 1:30.

Caroling Tonight 12/13/2009
 
Hey guys,

So if you haven't noticed it is quite disgusting outside. So we will not be Christmas caroling tonight. Instead we will be having a dollar store secret santa.

Heres how it works:

Go to the dollar store and buy a gift for someone. It can be anything. The max you can spend is a dollar plus tax. (so like a $1.70) Wrap your gift and do not put your name on it. We will draw numbers to see who gets to pick first.
